Walk Well Derby

Walking has been described as the perfect exercise, and we completely agree! We run short, free to attend walks in Derby that are suitable for people of all ages, (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).  The walks take in local parks, countryside and residential areas of Derby City. The Walk Well Scheme links closely with the Livewell Service, which helps people in Derby to lead a healthy lifestyle.

If you have problems with your health, or if you’ve had them in the past, it can be hard to stay active. But walking could make all the difference. It’s a low impact exercise, so it’s easy for you to get involved – even if you’re not feeling your best. In fact, walking could help you feel great again!
